Missie:

Stichting Law Enforcement Action Partnership Nederland zet zich in voor een fundamentele herziening van het drugsbeleid. Waarbij het illegale aanbod sterk afneemt, gewelddadige drugscriminaliteit wordt teruggedrongen en volwassenen hun vrijheid op een verantwoorde manier kunnen herwinnen. LEAP gelooft in een aanpak die gezondheid vooropstelt met effectieve en wetenschappelijk onderbouwde beleidsinterventies. Weg van contraproductief verbod, naar een gecontroleerde keten van productie, distributie en consumptie.
